Author: New Delhi: September 12, 2008 - India is doing its bit to sweeten the progress of the nuclear deal through the tortuous corridors of US Congress. Keen to dispel any notion that India would not "wait" for the US to finish its legislative process before signing bilateral agreements with France and Russia, the MEA on Thursday announced that India had already started preliminary negotiations on buying nuclear "technologies and facilities" from the US. |
