New Delhi, July 5, 2009 – IR Summary/www. occultastrology.com - Analysis of Astrology is incorrectly narrated by a book titled What’s Pseudo Science or Merely a ‘Holy Fraud’? by Biman Basu, as reviewed by Dinesh C Sharma and supported by Kunal Doley in Mail Today, Sunday, 5th July 2009 on page 10, they do not look to have proper knowledge to comment against astrology and might be carrying wrong impression through their contacts with semi educated astrologers.

I know a person, 83 years old, a highly educated personality both in astrology and science, he is Doctor of Science, who has a practical knowledge of astrology and has outstanding accurate predictions to his credit. His name is Dr. Raj Baldev, a man of letters, he is known as Indian Nostradamus, adult experience  for over 67 years and the majority of experts in this field considers him better than any other  astrologer, past or present; he has so much geniuses about this divine and uptodate scientific knowledge that  he considers Astrology as a complete science like an astronomy since he is well versed both in the discipline of astronomy as well as Cosmos.

Dr. Raj Baldev is such a personality who also enjoys the privilege of advanced scientific background about the Creation of the Universe, their secrets and he  is internationally  famous and regarded about his scientific advancements in his writings and also in astrological calculations and accurate predictions. He made certai  predictions for a few years only with a purpose of telling the world that Astrology is perfect science so that the people who place faith in this subject  may escape from being misguided by those opposed to Astrology.

Coming to his scientific expertise, so much so even one of Dr. Raj Baldev's theories has been carried by Stephen Hawking on Black Hole without giving credit to him  and his publishers served a legal notice on him for having violated the copy right and ultimately due to good sense on his part and also because of cordial relations of both the countries, Dr. Raj Baldev  dropped the matter against Stephen Hawking , these details are available on thenet.

Stephen Hawking had taken the similar view of BLACK HOLE in his writing in Dublin after 10 months of  the release of Dr. Raj Baldev’s book titled “Two Big Bangs Created The Universe (Formed in Eternal Space), which was released much earlier, and Dr. Raj Baldev  was highly appreciated by former President of India Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who said if Chandrashekhar could get Nobel Prize why not he? The fact is that the scientific theories of Dr. Raj Baldev have been copied freely by famous space agencies, but he doesn’t mind, he says knowledge is meant to spread not to confine.

When some scientists challenged the astrology as science in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India a few years back, Dr. Raj Baldev,  about whom I have hinted above, was approached by the Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD and also by University Grant Commission to help them out in the court case by intervening officially.

Since Dr. Raj Baldev, whom the people also call by love and affection as Swamy Raj,  is considered to have possessed both the backgrounds of astrology as well as science. Perhaps he is the only man, rather a living legend who intervened in the matter in the Hon.’ble Supreme Court at the instance of the University Grant Commission and Govt. of India, since the University Grant Commission (UGC) had introduced Astrology as science in several universities and had recognized them as such and if they had lost the case in the Hon.'ble Supreme Court, there would have been a great revolutionary set back to the reputation of the Universities and the Govt. at large.

When some scientists challenged the matter in the Supreme Court of India that Astrology is not science,the Hon.’ble Supreme Court issued a notice to the Govt. in this regard and that made the Govt. authorities puzzled how scientifically to prove “Astrology is science’, and the services of Dr. Raj Baldev were availed of as Intervener through Mr. Charan Lal Sahu, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and helped them in the matter and the Hon.'ble Supreme Court of India declared in their historic verdict that Astrology is Science and dismissed the petition of the scientists, who opposed the status of the Astrology as science.

In this connection, Dr. Raj Baldev, World known Cosmo Theorist, filed his intervention in the Hon.'ble Supreme Court along with all the relevant documents which could prove that astrology was a perfect science like astronomy . It is pertinent to note that  Dr. Raj Baldev filed all those documents in which he had predicted well in advance about the fall of three different Indian governments with extraordinary accuracy, which was published in the Media, and he attached the press clippings of his predictions as proof, which can be examined from the record of the Supreme Court of India. Dr. Raj Baldev, as Intervener,  had not only predicted the fall of three govt. on certain dates and time but particularly in one of the predictions he gave the first letter of the would be Prime Minister, which proved perfectly true.

All these documents are the parts of the proceeding of the Hon.’ble Supreme Court of India, who recognized astrology as science and now to say the astrology is merely a holy fraud is not acceptable at all by the people who place faith in astrology. It is not only contempt of the verdict of the Apex Court but also the divine science on which India’s vedic culture rests. On this issue, even the author and the reviewer can land into trouble, if someone moves the Apex Court for damaging the sentiments of Vedic literature and commission of contempt of Apex court .

This subject of Astrology is taught as science in different Universities and when this matter is once settled in the Hon.’ ble Supreme Court of India that Astrology is Science, and to give such comments  thereafter and to try to overawe the verdict of the Supreme Court in this undesirable manner is nothing less than  amounting to a severe contempt of the highest court of the country  by the author, the reviewer and also Kumar Doley who wrote his view under 400 years after Gallileo India is a prisoner of Astrology on the same review page of Mail Today, New Delhi,  Sunday 5 July 2009.

No doubt there is freedom of expression and when the Hon.'ble court is involved, the freedom is restricted and demands respect on certain issues.

If the author or the reviewer had read the case of Hon.’ble Supreme Court, which is also available on the net, they would, perhaps, not have used the word  “science writer exposes the flawed logic of astrology and astrologers.”

The author/reviewer quotes in Mail Today: "IN THE run- up to the just- concluded Lok Sabha elections, the Mangalore- based Federation of Indian Rationalists Associations had announced a prize of Rs 1 million for any astrologer who could predict who would be the next prime minister and which party would win how many seats ( with an error margin of plus or minus 10 per cent). Some 400 astrologers — mostly from South Indian states — sent in their entries and, predictably, none of them was anywhere near the actual results.

A similar contest organised in Kolkata by the Rationalists — the prize being offered was Rs 25 lakh — also had no winners. Such events, though, did not deter our politicians from consulting astrologers and numerologists to decide on time of taking office after the elections."

Logically to counter the above, I feel that the Mangalore- based Federation of Indian Rationalists and Kolkata Rationalists lack the proper knowledge of the applied processes and procedures how predictions are made out astrologically? Moreover, the advisertisement claimed to ask the astrologers to give their predictions is seen no where, it might be to a restricted area. 

Please read the real predictions when and how they were made: For intance, when Mr. Manmohan Singh govt. was struggling in the issue of Indo-US Deal and when the entire opposition was bent upon to defeat Manmohan Singh Govt., it was Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, whose articles appear on the net,  wrote continuously different articles that Manmohan Singh Govt. would not only win in Parliament and would get the Indo-US Deal cleared but would also win the next general elections and this prediction he gave in 2008 and is available on net.

Despite problems likely to be created by certain countries in the meeting, the deal shall definitely go through and the meeting at Vienna shall clear the passage for India, what come may, and the main credit goes to American efforts, whose prestige is also at stake if the deal fails and US Administration would not let it happen and even otherwise, India’s stars are in their favor. If Manmohan Singh sticks to his honor, and Sonia Gandhi leaves some of her personal interests at this stage, and take the risk of fall of their govt. and go for the Indo-US Nuclear deal, they shall be written in golden words, and as per political thinkers, they would come back with thumping majority despite high inflation, which is a temporary phase. Indian masses are not fools to lose Sonia and Manmohan, they shall be in a far better position, if they opt to take the risk. Source III

Dr. Raj Baldev, who is well known Cosmo Theorist in the world, and the world renowned Astrologer, had given this prediction on 11 July 2008 in International Repoter in his article "Vote of Confidence is a test of MPs patriotism - Dr. Raj Baldev: excerpt reproduced:

"I had given my humble advice to PM and Sonia Gandhi not to care for the Left but to serve the country by going forward for the Indo-US Deal, which shall eventually make PM and Sonia to be written in golden words and they shall also come out triumphant in the next elections, even otherwise their contribution can't go waste. To be brief according to Dr. Raj Baldev, world most famous Cosmo Theorist, who gave scientific comments on different theories and partly contradicted Big Bang, is a well known global personality who was not only consulted by various VVIPs in India but he has got the privileges of audience of various Heads of States, most of whom invited on State Visits, so much so, even he was privileged to address certain Parliament.
 
In view of the above, I can only say that the  reviewer on Astrology: Sense or Nonsense? By Biman Basu as appeared in the Mail Today, Sunday, July 5, 2009 on page 10 under Review is disappointing and misleading. The author and the reviewer both do not  look to have  adequate  knowledge about astrology and the reviewer  Dinesh C. Sharma also seems to have followed him without proper study of the subject, I don’t want to blame either of the two, but  it apparently looks to me that they do not either possess adequate knowledge to challenge or condemn astrology on assumed grounds, or both might not have a proper  opportunity of contacting the mature astrologers having positive experience in this discipline.

The author of the book and the reviewer do not look to have met  such personalities who use astrology only as science and not as pseudo science, even on this discipline  Dr. Raj Baldev proved before the Supreme Court of India that Astrology is Science and it is available on the net, along with the verdict of Hon.’ble Supreme Court of India. It was , therefore, not advisable for any author or viewer or journalist to commit contempt of  the Apex Court by dishonoring their verdict who have settled the matter once for all that Astrology is Science and it is being taught in various Universalities in India.

I have commented on this article with due regard and respect to both author and the viewer and Mr. Kunal Doley  and I have tried simply to draw their attention on such articles and astrologers who have zero error in a million, particularly Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, who has the perfect mind in  astronomy as well as astrology, who even in 1957 predicted in his book “Man Never Descended from Species” the failures and successes of the Space rockets accurately.

Astrology is a complete science and not a holy fraud as alleged. The brief astrological calculation is given as under on which the actual astrological predictions are made:

Stars affect the native only to the maximum extent of 24%.
8% are genetic effect of a person derived from their parents and the genes of the community to which he or she belongs.
8% strategy based on half affected by genes and half affected by the environment of one’s upbringing.
12% effect of the Earth, one’s respective region, country and their cultures.
8% earning/incoming ability.
19% family background/stars.
21% destiny of the previous life.

Even ayuveda and the occu-pressure are the branches of Astrology and in that article of the book Dr. Raj Baldev, in 1957, compared the scientific advancement of Aryans on one hand and Russians/Americans’ space rockets on the other and their future prospects. It is on the advice of Dr. Raj Baldev that Russians dropped their plan of using Hydrogen bomb on the Moon.

It is advisable not to comment upon anything unless one is equipped with perfect knowledge, the book in review is, therefore, misguiding and the Mail India should kindly note it down and publish the above letter in their esteemed paper so as to repair the damage that their esteemed paper has caused to millions of readers in the world.

So much so, when the era of Sputniks and Atalas began, Dr. Raj Baldev gave his predictions in 1957 which went absolutely accurate.
