Bangalore, India: June 16, 2008, IR Summary/TOI /Agencies– CBI looks to be clue less from all quarters. So far Krishna is concerned, CBI is convinced that he may not been involved in the actual crime but persist he either knew about them in advance or is withholding something extremely important information.
The CBI further believes that Durani’s help Raj Kumar should have vital information about the actual weapon and the cell phone which the CBI is searching desperately to solve the mystery. But Krishna is still hiding that information and has made CBI clue less.
CBI reached this conclusion after its joint director, Arun Kumar, visited Krishna's single-room rented accommodation in Noida on Saturday where he spent more than four hours studying the room minutely. According to him, Krishna shares the 12 feet by 14 feet room with his niece, a nephew and brother-in-law.
All the four sleep in the same room. At night, the beddings are placed in a manner that the brother-in-law's bed covers the only entrance to the room, making it impossible for anyone to use the entrance without shifting the bed physically.
That Krishna's brother-in-law was up watching cricket on television till around midnight and went to sleep thereafter, only to wake up in the morning to find Krishna fast asleep, explains that he did not leave the room and, therefore, could not have been involved in the crime.
The narco and polygraph tests on Krishna appear to have yielded interesting details. It has come out that Krishna wanted to quit Dr Rajesh Talwar's office and had broached the subject with him off and on.
The investigators may want to know if the desire to leave was because of any premonition about the imminent murders.
