CBI fails to get evidence against Talwar, bail on June 10

Ghaziabad,UP, India: June 7, 2008 : IR Summary – The CBI in Arushi's murder case is not feeling comfortable, it is facing a number of problems which it had never visualized, no direct evidence againt Talwar.
However, the CBI got the hearing of Dr Rajesh Talwar's bail postponed to June 10, There was an another reason of his postponement because of lawyers had gone on strike in the Ghaziabad court.
Talwar is the main accused in his daughter Arushi's murder.
Talwar was in CBI custody for three days and when the CBI didn't ask for an extension, he was moved to judicial custody.
On Friday, a CBI team searched the drains around his Sector 25 residence to find the missing murder weapon, but to no avail, no such weapon found, no direct evidence.
The CBI had subjected Talwar to two rounds of lie-detector tests but no direct evidence is found against him on the line of Noida police, who had also failed to produce any direct evidence against him.
