Yoga Power & Kundalini - With the power of Yoga, you can create miracles, even one can command the spirit to obey him and that’s there. There are certain traditional methods of Yoga, those who believe, they can derive results, not others.

In the area of Yog Sadhana ( Concentration of Yog Process) , I shall first briefly introduce you about ‘Kundalini’, what it is and how it is so effective, it not only helps others in destroying evil effects of their black magic and other evil effects of various classes but also this power enables self and others to keep life comparatively smoother and tension free.

Even if you do not attain the perfection on Kundalini, no matter, its elementary regular consciousness or concentration of mind can also give most of the desirable results. But at the first instance, it is important for you to know what Kundalini is, whether you are able to achieve it or not but your aim should be fixed to reach the level of kundalini.

If you take the literal meaning of Kundalini, it is a class of spiritual energy. It gives a sort of ecstasy or bliss like heaven. It is, in fact, a power which has its root right from the primordial source or cosmic energy which lies in muladhara chakra or basic charka, connected with the spine at its base and then it comes eventually on the forehead.

When I started my worship of Lord Vishnu many decades ago, after a long period, a mild but a soothing sort of pain first developed at the base of my spine.
I asked my wife Mrs. Tripta Bhatia, who had attained her degree of  M.A. in Hindi from the Delhi University, and was well versed with this discipline of literature being her Hindi subject, explained to me that it was the first sign of Kundalini-awakening and then I took its meaning seriously.

One day I was in my regular pooja, worshipping My Lord Vishnu, I realized that my body had developed some extraordinary heat and my body got serious burning feelings within. In fact, I realized as if the blood were flowing in my veins with terrible speed.

I noted a change in my body as if getting transformed, I was scared to a great extent, and apprehended that it might be some sort of high fever or a signal of some disorder in the body.  It was my first experience of yoga or super conscious state. Actually I had no teacher to guide me, I just used to concentrate on Lord Vishnu in my own developed Yoga state.

There was a strong stinging sensation in my forehead.  I felt some agonizing sort of irritating heat on the palms of my hands and center of my feet, I felt uneasy and in fact disturbed, not knowing what actually was happening to me?

All that happened, while performing my pooja and it came about in the middle of the state. It was a terrible familiarity, perhaps maiden experience, it looked as if my body were slipping from my hands, and it looked unbearable. My body started trembling with a strange  feeling as if somebody were installing nails in my body.

I prayed to Lord Vishnu during my pooja itself to grant necessary powers to bear the burning problem and unbalancing of my blood flow so that I could complete my pooja (worship).

I was just thinking within. Immediately thereafter, I felt as if some one were whispering in my ears, words to the effect:  “You should not feel worried, it is all due to awakening of your Kundalini that is bringing changes in your body and it is due to energy rising in your body more freely than before, hence different feeling. The speed of your blood movement is natural, it is circulating in your body to open your sleeping chakras, and that will give you power to enter into the charka of time - past and future.”

Immediately thereafter, I felt normal and completed my worship as if nothing had happened. However, I was serious to know who spoke to me in my ears during my pooja, there was none in the house, I was all alone, a terrible experience but with sweet result.

I had no guru, master or any guide who could I ask? However, I felt as if it were a divine message or call, which I received during my pooja.

I had started worshipping Lord Vishnu of my own and it has a big story behind. My devotion towards Lord Vishnu was perhaps because my respected father was a great devotee of Lord Vishnu and I was probably inheriting it.

I suddenly got an idea about Pt. Gian Chand Ji, who was residing in Green Park, New Delhi about 200-300 yards away from my residence. Though he was elderly, scholarly and great knowledgeable personality of religious literature,he treated me like a friend, though I was much junior to him and tried to learn many things from this saintly and simple personality. He was just like an encyclopedia on Hindu Literature, he was so much learned, and that was my observation.  He had inherited this great knowledge from his own father, Senior Pundit Ji, who was a great religious personality and a famous astrologer of his time in Lahore.

Pt. Gian Chand Ji, in fact, was quite friendly to me as I have already stated, I used to sit with him for a long useful talk on Hindu literature, but I had no idea whether I would ever share my spiritual secrets with him and his guidance was like a Guru and I also treated him as my Guru, he was Vedant Shastri, Research Scholar, Dean of Vedic University Washington, DC (USA) and writer of over 200 books.

Pt. Gian Chand had told me that when his father (Senior Pundit Ji) predicted and declared his death before time. They were living in Lahore, now Pakistan. When his dear father, the Senior Pundit Ji, was about to die, he had good health, no disease of any kind and in reality having no signs of moving to his end, but astrologically he worked out that his end was about to come.  He arranged all shopping material for his own death by himself going to market, and fixed time when his end was about to come.

Senior Punditji also advised Mrs. Gian Chand, his daughter-in-law, that when he lies down for his last breaths, he would give some prsadam of dry fruit to her, which she should eat but his daughter in law, (Mrs. Gian Chand) did not take it serious, though she obeyed her father in law in that odd situation.

Before dying, the Senior Punditji, gave a little prasadam of dry fruit to his daughter in law, which she kept somewhere in the house and did not consume, on the contrary, a very poor disciple of Senior Punditji, who was his servant, and well aware of the great scholarly qualities of his master, understood that prasadam woud do some miracle and he passed it on  to his wife, who gave a birth to a male child, and the wealth started flowing in his house and made him a multi-millionaire just within 2 years of the birth of the child.
