January 28, 2008 – IR Summary -The match between India and Australia has become very interesting, both teams are fighting the best, neck to neck, and it is now for India to prove that it has equal excellence in their game and can beat Australia by making this match a tie.
It may look strange but correct to our mind. When Harbhajan was playing in the Ist Inning and if he had not played a sky high above careless shot, which was not necessary at all, he would have undoubtedly attained the century and would have proed that he is really an all rounder.
Both Kumble and Harbhajan were the best after Tendulkar and Sehwag.
Now Australia has made a very good score of 526 in reply to India’s first inning of 526 with their run rate of 3.44 whereas Australia’s run rate has been 3.11. India has lost one quick wicket of I.K.Pathan; Sehwag and Dravid are on the crease.
This test shall prove today, the real status and skill of Indian team compared to the world champion. There is every hope that India shall stand erect and make a good score to prove that it has the same skill ability as the Australians have.
