New Delhi, November 13, 2007 - (Occult Astrology) -Revelation by Lord Vishnu continues: Goddess Laxmi first cursed Sage Bhriguji Maharaj for having misused the sacred knowledge of Occult Astrology, acting in an undesirable and disrespectful manner.  On seeking pardon by Saint Bhriguji Maharaj, Goddess Lakshmi granted him necessary relief. Lord Vishnu explains the discipline of Astrology.

Lord Vishnu explained the duties of a Pundit (Astrologer and Astronomer) to the effect that if a Pundit performs within a procedure, he receives His Blessings and wherever he fails to observe the discipline, he loses the divine powers of Lord Vishnu which he bestows on all authentic Pundit, who serve the pious cause of Astrology.
 

96. Swamy Raj: My dear greatest Lord of the Universe, what happened after Goddess cursed Bhriguji Maharaj?
 
97. Lord Vishnu:  My dear Devotee, Bhriguji Maharaj was stunned, he realized that he had committed an abominable sin being swayed by the influence of his own short temper among other reasons.
 
98. Swamy Raj: “ My dear Lord of Lords, what happened thereafter?

99.Lord Vishnu: “My dear Devotee,  Bhriguji addressed to Goddess Lakshmi: “My Great Goddess Lakshmi, I am ashamed of my act and seek pardon for the misbehavior, which I have committed and made to Lord Vishnu,” Bhriguji said.

100. Swamy Raj: Did Goddess Lakshmi excuse Bhriguji Maharaj?

101. Lord Vishnu, “My dear Devotee, Goddess Lakshmi is an exceptionally tender hearted Goddess; she pardoned Sage Bhriguji when he tendered an unconditional apology to her, but she said that the curse could not be withdrawn.

102.Goddess Lakshmi said: Curse is just like an arrow once shot from an arch cannot return. She said, “Seek advice from “Lord Narayan” how to curtail the curse uttered by me against you and what measures are mandatory for all the people possessing such occult knowledge of Astrology, and I am sure you will get necessary relief and proper reply to what you should even otherwise know?”

103. Bhrigu Ji, “ Addressing Lord Vishnu as The Supreme Godhead, prayed, “ Be pleased to pardon me for my misbehavior and guide me what precautions are required to retain this knowledge?”

104. Lord Vishnu:  “The scope of prediction of events through Astrology shall, in future, be reduced to minimal, particularly in Kali Yug to prevent its maximum misuse.

105. Swamy Raj: My Greatest Lord of Lords, “Will the knowledge of predictions of Astronomy also decrease?

106. Lord Vishnu: “My dear Devotee, the knowledge of predictions of Astronomy shall immensely increase; less number of Astronomers shall be able to go into the spiritual route of the Astronomy, so many unbelievable discoveries they may come across in the space.

107. “ The real  knowledge of Occult Sciences and Astrology shall be restricted and granted only to those practicing persons, who are free from egoism, arrogance, self importance, pride and greed, and maintain respectability  to the law of Nature and its Creator.

108. “Such Pundit are also required to be maximum obedient and reverent to parents, and should practically treat them as living Gods, and should also pay proper regards to their own genuine and tested Masters.”

109. “Such knowledgeable people are supposed to lead a moderate and vegetarian life unless compelled by the circumstances.”

110. “The people of this Occult knowledge are required to show helping attitude in their acts and spirit to the poor and the needy by sharing pains and sorrows with them in their problems and suggest to them the proper timings, proposals and ceremonies within their financial reach.”

111. Lord Vishnu continued: “Such knowledgeable people must shell out some share of their earnings in charities to the deserving persons from the offerings made to them by their patrons for consultations and solutions.

112. Swamy Raj: My great Lord of Lords, “What share of charity should a person disburse?

113.Lord Vishnu: “My dear Devotee, the quantum of charity or offering is voluntary at both ends, but the offering should reasonably be made keeping in view the time, labor and skill of the Pundit involved.”

114. Lord Vishnu continued: “Astronomy and Astrology are like a twin discipline, and this knowledge should always be treated as pious, since it is related to the secrets of Universe and Life.”

115. “Those Pundit or such like people who learn this knowledge of Occult Sciences or Astrology should always pay respect to their authentic and disciplined Master.”

116. “Any one, who violates the laid down procedures, shall not receive My Blessings during his prediction or suggested or performed solutions, whether he or she is consultant or the native.

117. Swamy Raj: My greatest Lord of Lords, “If a person is poor and can’t offer a reasonable amount to the Pundit, what should he do?

118. Lord Vishnu: “ My dear Devotee, it is the religious duty of a Pundit with Occult knowledge to help the needy on all angles and if he refuses or disregards him , he loses My Blessings.

119. Swamy Raj: The God of Gods, be gracious to clarify: If the Pundit refuses to help the needy and the poor when he comes to him, he loses Your Divine Blessings, but what shall be the fate of a poor person who did not get any help from the Pundit?

120. Lord Vishnu: My dear Devotee, any person, who is rejected from any or many, or all quarters, can undoubtedly receive My Blessings anywhere and at any time, if he comes to Me in any house of God, like temple, church, or an open ground or anywhere else where he can approach me by remembrance and seek the Blessings.  On his prayer, I shall inspire and guide him to go to my own devotee, who shall help him and relieve him of his problem.”

121. Lord Vishnu continued:“All human being are my children and they can approach Me irrespective of any religion, community, country, caste or creed. My devotees always function as my outlets all over the world to do the jobs that I inspire in them for others. This is how I bless the poor and the needy who find other doors closed to them from any quarter for any area of job.”
