MIL/Occult Astrology, Oct 23, 2007. Author: Swamy Raj Baldev
New Delhi: October 23, 2007 - Swamy Raj Baldev, 81, also known as Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India, a humble devotee of Lord Vishnu, the Supreme Godhead, gets the privilege of tryst with His Divine Grace through his Kundalni in Yoga, and sought for some light on the Universe and Astrology, old system with new applications and that is given for general benefit. Swamy Raj Baldev explains about the Sun, what it is and what it contains and also tries to unfold the secrets of Sarjatik System of Astrology.
Series III
26. Lord Vishnu: Before I explain to you what the Suriya (Sun)is,it would be better to first give an idea what the Solar System is?
27. The Suriya (Sun), a typical type of luminary-planet has 9 planets within its rajya and it is a sort of circle or a system called Suriya Rajya (Sun Kingdom), and is also called as ‘Father of 9 planets and their families’.
28. There are four inner and four outer planets. The four inner planets are: Budh (Mercury), Shukr (Venus), Dharti (Earth), Mangal (Mars), and four outer planets are Brahaspati (Jupiter), Shani (Saturn), Shamba (Uranus) and Shamboo (Neptune). The ninth is shadowy planet divided in two, Rahu (Dragon’s Head) and Ketu (Dragon’s Tail).
29. There are also just a few other planet like small bodies, of course far off the Dharti (Earth) and the Suriya (Sun) apart from satellites, asteroids, comets and interplanetary dust, they all are bound by natural magnetic force (gravitational pull).
30. All planets complete their orbits and small interplanetary dust and small bodies orbit in the plane of the Sun’s equator, and rotate about it in the same direction.
31. Swamy Raj: My dear and reverend Lord Vishnu, you mean that these bodies rotate counter clockwise when it is viewed from the North Polar direction).
32. Lord Vishnu: Yes my dear devotee.
33. Swamy Raj to the readers: I would like to give a brief idea before proceeding further what the Sarjatik System is? Sarjatik is also known Sarjatak, it is an outcome of the Research Study of Swamy Raj Baldev’s Jytotish System or Occult Astrology being based on the Divine Instructions.
34. Sarjatik System does not hold any major differences with the Vedic Astrology, its study says that stars affect a living person or object only to the extent of 24% and not 100%.
35. There are other essential factors related to Astrology and that come to 76% and unless these data are combined to the astrological reading, it does not become a complete scientific subject or discipline either in accurate reading or a fair prediction.
36. I feel Sarjatik is a main Appendix to the subject of Astrology, and when it is read jointly and analyzed with the Sarjatik System it become ‘Occult Astrology’, a complete subject of Astrology, unfolding hidden mysteries of human’s behavior and his territory, state or country or countries, singly or collectively and also the influence of different planets and their associates on our Earth in terms its environment and life as a particular reading.
37. The Sun is a normal main-sequence G2 star, one of more than 100 billion stars in our galaxy. Its diameter is about 1,39,000 km, its mass is 1.989e30 kg and its temperature is 5800 K on its surface and on its core it is 15,600,000 K.
38. To be more specific and clearer, our Sun is the largest object in the Solar System containing more than 99.8% of the total mass. It is 109 times larger than that of the Earth and has 333,000 times more mass than the Earth has. Out of the left out material, Jupiter has captured the bulk of it, and the Nature distributed the remaining part of it among other planets and associates in the Solar System in a perfect ratio.
39. The Sun contains around 70% hydrogen and 28% helium by mass and the rest including metalic material comes to less than 2%. This composition changes gradually while the Sun converts hydrogen to helium in its core.
40. The Sun's energy output (3.86e33 ergs/second or 386 billion billion megawatts) is produced by the reactions of nuclear fusion. About 700,000,000 tons of hydrogen are converted to about 695,000,000 tons of helium and 5,000,000 tons (=3.86e33 ergs) of energy in the form of gamma rays per second, as per scientific data worked out by astronomers.
41. As it travels out toward the surface, the energy is continuously absorbed and re-emitted at lower temperatures so that by the time it reaches the surface, it is primarily visible light. For the last 20% of the way to the surface the energy is carried more by convection than by radiation.
42. The Sun is not rocky but a gaseous planet itself. I call it a luminary planet, though it is not, but in one way it is a major gaseous planet controlling other planets by its gravitational attraction and bindng.
43. Since the Sun is a gaseous object, its outer layers show different rotations like at the equator the surface rotates once every 25.4 days, whereas closer to the poles it's rotation is of about 36 days. This sort of peculiar behavior of the Sun is due to the fact that it is not a solid body like the Earth.
44. It is often said that the Sun is an "ordinary" star and it is correct in the sense since there are many other similar stars of its size. However, the Sun is counted among the top 10% by mass, even though it is just one of the stars in the sky.
45. The median size of stars in our galaxy is probably less than half the mass of the Sun. Still Sun is an ordinary star because there are millions and millions of stars having much more mass than that of the Sun in other galaxies. However, some can define the Sun as a medium size star.
46. The Sun has many mythological names, the Greeks called it ‘Helios’ and the Romans called it ‘Sol’.
47. In short, the heat in the Sun’s core is extreme at its inner radius, say about 25%, its temperature is 15.6 million Kelvin and the pressure is 250 billion atmospheres. The density of the Sun is estimated to be more than 150 times that of water. How this state of the Sun and its temperature and other data information affect the Earth, our life, each country and planets is an interesting aspect and it shall be carried in the next Series IV.
