Allahabad - As a result of quashing the Rae Bareili court order by the Aallahabd High Court, under which LK Advani was discharged in the Babri Masjid demolition case, the BJP reacted sharply but cautiously.
The party said on Wednesday that before arriving at any decision, they would like to seek legal opinion in the matter.
"Our legal advisor shall study the latest order of the High Court and then suggest necessary legal steps to be taken by us how to move," BJP spokesman Prakash Javdekar told reporters.
The High Court gave an order quashing the Rae Bareli court decision discharging LK Advani in the demolition case and directing him to appear before the lower court on July 28.
The party would consider the legal advice and act accordingly. However, BJP leader said in anonymity that he was confident that their party would come out successful in process of the case since the allegations framed against him and other party members are politically motivated.
