Justice in India has become questionable, does the majority get jutice? Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, and Social Reformer, and Lead Man of “God Believers Association (World Peace & Earth Saving Mission), an NGO committed to protect the human rights of the world citizens, and also a famous Astro Predictor, said: “Justice is a balm or an ointment to heal one’s wounds, which he/she expects from the law anywhere, may be India? Unfortunately, it is not available in India, may be to a few, but at least not to the majority.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, further said: ” I feel some people do get justice but majority suffers due to delay or wrong judgment or due to wrong enactment by the Parliament or proper enforcement of law by the Hon.’ble Judges.
I feel that the laws in India are neither properly made nor justifiably applied keeping in view the interest of the majority of people, even though we may call it the biggest democracy of the world. It is my personal view which I express on behalf of God Believers Association, who is also committed to safeguard the human rights, and it has now determined to fight for the people and get them due justice even though it is more than 60 years after India has obtained the freedom.
Does freedom obtained by India is for name sake or to rule the country or state by getting votes by exploiting the people, or does it also include to give justice to the people?
Dr. Raj Baldev further said:
“When a person is hit or hurt by any reason or by highhandedness at the hands of someone, he/she has a natural inbuilt to seek specific help to protect his/her cause through any available source whether it is in the form of any divine channel or the sources of the rulers set in the form of law.
The theory of justice is derived from justness which is an inherent and natural inbuilt factor in an individual, whether single or group; there is definitely an urge to seek or get justice by any means, in any area, social, moral, cultural, physical or psychological. One expects fairness in justice and this is the very basis of satisfaction of a human being and if he/she doesn’t get it, it impairs the soul, one is injured, the mind is compelled to lose the loyalty towards one’s country.
The question arises whether the innocent people get due justice from the court? I have an experience of India and that’s what God Believers Association concerned for the time being and openly feel that perhaps the majority of people in India doesn’t get due justice, they suffer due to denial of justice, due to delay of justice and due to discretion of Judges based on complicated laws of the land, among other reasons.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, and Social Reformer, and Lead Man of “God Believers Association (World Peace & Earth Saving Mission) said that his organization is seriously committed to protect the human rights of the people including the cause of justice, which is the real spirit of democracy, and that looks to be mostly missing from the Judiciary and the Parliament.
“The error in Judgment of a court could be due to some economical compulsions or other reasons on the part of the complainant or justice seeker. Similarly, the error in Judgment could also be attributed to an improper representation of the case, or due to an erroneous judgment by the Judge or due to complicated procedures of law or due to the negligence of middlemen who places the matter before the Hon.’ble Judge. Whatever may be the reasons, why the people should suffer and right type of justice denied to them.?
“Time is very short in India available with a Judge to go through all the cases; he/she has many cases to dispose of in a day, so several cases are to be dealt within a short fixed time and that aspect also attributes to injustice to most of the cases.
Each case needs proper time to understand and follow the case but due paucity of time, the judgments go erroneous. Knowing this factor that most of the cases can’t be properly heard, the sympatic attitude should be liberally applied rather than adopting negative attitude of punishing the people; most of whom may be innocent but this human aspect is less observed in the courts of any level, in India.
“In India, justice is considered to favor only those who hold high positions in the society, financially, politically or Group Wise, because they have better resources and influence at their command. Naturally people with better resources and mature and able advocate’s personality’s influence does hold better chances of getting the results in their favor through their arguments, irrespective of the fact whether this approach is right or wrong; this is, however, a general impression.
