The world looks to be surprised that there is water in Moon and credit is being given to Chandrayaan and NASA, of course it’s great news and has created a big hope for world future and pride for India and United States. But this fact has already been given by Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India in 2003.  .

But most of the people and scientists know that Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India, who re-crafted the theory of Big Bang in his recent thesis titled “Two Big Bangs Created the Universe” (Formed in Eternal Space) released in 2003 had fetched a great praise from former President APJ Abdul Kalam, who had wished a nobel for him like Subramaniam.

It is the same study book in which Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India, the lead man of God Believers (Divine, Social Human Rights & World Peace Mission), who  had been the President of National Integration Assembly (NIA), World Peace Mission Body, for three or four decades, a great global personality, who was invited by different heads of States in recognize his rare wisdom. It is he, who had theorised that it is the Black Hole that sucks the material on one hand and creates the planets and stars on the other. Stephan Hawking, a great British scientist, took his view on Black Hole in his new thesis submitted by him in Dublin International Conference, which his publishers thought it was a copyright of Dr. Raj Baldev'a hypothesis.   

Dr. Raj Baldev clearly put it in plain words that all planets and the moons of the planets, both have water.

Dr. Raj Baldev took his theory before and after the Big Bang. Scientists take the theory of Big Bang between 13 and 15 billion years, which matches with that of Dr. Raj Baldev’s second part of the theory. but his  actual theory is that of “Theory of Parent Universe” and not of the Big Bang alone. 

Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India, had made a tremendous job by tracing the history before the Big Bang occurred, calculating the period of the background held before the Big bang. This theory is called “Theory of Parent Universe” (TOPU), which the scientists ignore and do not wish to discuss on the plea that it has no relevance what existed before the Big Bang, even though they recognize his extraordinary talent and pleading the theory.

But  according to Dr. Raj Baldev, Big Bang is the child of its parents, the history of parents can’t be ignored. Child’s birth is always linked with the parents and can’t be ignored. The parents become the cause of the birth of a child; it is the child whose birth comes after his parents and not of its parents before it.   

Scientists think Big Bang Created the Universe but Dr. Raj Baldev says that it shall not be fair to start the initiation of the Universe without tracing the originality of its parent’s era which made the Big Bang possible.

Hence surprising amount of water has been found to exist in the Moon's soil is, in fact, no surprise who had read the study book of Dr. Raj Baldev in 2003. I read his study book titled “Two Big Bangs Created the Universe” (Formed in Eternal Space) and found his theory of water existing in all planets and their moons  which he based on icy era, which he explained in his study and according to this theory as he explained in his book, water exists in all planets and Moons of the Planets including Earth’s Moon, his study was released in 2003.

As per Dr. Raj Baldev’s theory, space and dark are eternal. On page 243 he writes:

“If Space were not there, no explosion of any kind would have been possible. The Big Bang could not create any Space, in fact, nothing can create Space, and it is Space that can create any territory and accommodate anything and everything, one or more Universes with several extensions within its vast lap, including the so-called Big Bang.”

"In the open Space, there was dark throughout since there was no light in the Space. The dark is cold in nature and so is the Space having the similar quality, both of them would have naturally extreme cold in the beginning before the Big Bang.

"The temperature of the Space had been running down and down and ultimately had frozen the region of our Space by incalculable Strong or Liberal Molecules, which covered the vast area with ice. It took ---- years to complete the icy era within.  The icy mountain balls were formed in the region of our Space under the force of gravity and counter gravity, which were already spun by the Spin Particles."

Dr. Raj Baldev said about the Theory of Parent Universe. He said, “I would like to cite here some examples in support of the Cold Energy by their potency. With the collaboration of the Crack Particles, pro & anti, they helped create the atmosphere for the first time, it began to form cold all over and ultimately the ice-ball began and the Space was filled with ice with pace of time.

The icy mountain balls were molded and they started hanging in the Space for which the Spin particles had already spun gravitational force to support their stay in the Space.

Since there was no heat, the atmosphere was ought to be frozen and that dropped down to an Absolute Minus Zero temperature i.e. -273º.15 Celsius.

Dr. Raj Baldev writes:

“ I would like to cite here some examples in support of the Cold Energy, which may be apparent from most of the planets that ice, or frozen material still exists in our Solar System.  I bring it to the notice of the reader that if the distance of the Earth is changed a bit and moved a little far from the Sun, it shall be totally frozen.  The ice still exists in Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto among others, in direct or indirect form.  (Dr. Raj Baldev says among others mean all Moons attached to different planets).

"It shows there is the availability of either ice crystal, water ice, permanent layer of water ice, carbon dioxide ice, icy slush, nitrogen ice with some frozen carbon monoxide and water, or ice mixed within the dirt, dust and rock (in case of Mars).  So much so, Neptune and Uranus are mainly made of ice.

"In addition, the Astronomers have recently released the picture of Boomerang Nebula, which is 5,000 light years from the Earth. Though it was discovered in 1979, it was officially named in 1980……  

"Now the European Space Agency(ESA) and the NASA have detected that it has a frozen mass having minimum temperature of -272º Celsius, just 1.15 degree above the Absolute Minus Zero Point (AMZP). The Boomerang Nebula supports the Theory of Parent Universe (TOPU) that the first basis of its creation was an extreme cold temperature followed by the formation of spherical icy mountain balls led by Liberal Molecules in the earlier stages." 

Dr. Raj Baldev futher explained:

“Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto are gaseous planets and Uranus has an average of 1.3 density relative to water and Neptune has 1.76.

"Pluto has an average of 2.1 density relative to water and Saturn has 0.7. Jupiter has an average of 1.314 density relative to water whereas Mars has 3.9. Venus has an average of 5.24 density relative to water and Mercury has an average of 5.4.

"The Moon has an average of 3.34 density relative to water, whereas the Earth has an average of 5.52 density relative to water.  Even the Moons of different planets contain density relative to water or hold their particles closely united."

On page 253 Dr. Raj Baldev wrote in para 2:

"Even today in our present Universe we can observe that the icy elements exist on all planets. Recently a new planet made of complete ice has been detected which has held a temperature of minus 272ºCm 1.15 degree above the minus zero point (AMZP)."

I being the author of this article feel that if Dr. Raj Baldev would have been born in our country, or any other European country or in America,  his exalted position would have carried proper weight. I don’t know how this great person is ignored by Indian media.

Though some scientists do not agree with his period of creation of the Universe in terms of his theory of Parents Universe, Dr. Raj Baldev’s explanation is otherwise accepted by a large section of scientists and feel it is excellent. I as a scientist myself feel  that theory of the Parents Universe by Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist from India, would one day force the entire generation of scientists to reconsider their views about his theory. He is, in fact, an excellent authority over several subjects with deep vision and I am privileged to meet this great personality in India. and exchanged my thoughts.
