New Delhi, November 14, 2008, Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, Chairman, National Integration Assembly (NIA) - An overall terrorism is developing at a faster speed and is spreading its wings all over the world, particularly Al-Qaeda Army has established their stronghold in different countries including mountainous areas of Pakistan where their future planning is to capture the nuclear arsenal over there and disturb the entire world by their violent strokes.
They have enrolled volunteers from Pakistan, Afghanistan, both sides of Kashmir and other countries like within African continent including Egypt and so on to multiply their regional battalions of militants, whom they handsomely pay and impart military training with brain washing and to make them malicious at heart so as to misuse their mind to meet their own end.
Their leaders are also believed to have met at Yemen for some planning.
They have established new hubs in places like North Africa and Somalia where Al-Qaeda leaders are busy in developing new connections and relationships with like minded leaders. The top brass of their factions who were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan have also been invited to explore their experience and help enlarge the basis of terrorism in view of new regime that is going to take charge from President Bush.
The terrorist leaders are believed to have repeatedly demanded financial aids from Saudi Arabia, who turned down their demand, and the Al-Qaeda have, therefore, resolved to attack the top leaders of the Saudi leadership, their Government or the administration.
Their priority countries where they plan to launch terrorist attacks include Africa and Europe and on the Arabian Peninsula. The Central Intelligence Agency of America (CIA) has also gathered this information and are having a vigil eye on their training camps and future targets.
About India, their organisation have temporarily postponed their program, which they shall decide in their next meeting to be held very soon.
The present global recession and the state of unemployment has given more strength to Al Qaeda, they are getting easy enrolment of the desired elements to act as terrorists, almost in all countries, and it shall not be wondered if Al-Qaeda may go for a possible global jihad and for that they are strengthening their network to their maximum capacity.
Their attacks are likely to be of bigger targets this time as per their present planning; their first main target is to capture Nuclear Arsenals of Pakistan, and to infiltrate into Nuclear Arsenals of the United States and they are believed to have skipped away with top secret data on which their private scientists are working, even though there is no such confirmation.
