China preparing Pakistan to move on footstep of India

New Delhi, India: September 10, 2008. Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist – MIL -India has three big neighbors, they are China, Pakistan and Bangladesh and it does not feel comfortable to deal with them, though apparently, they look to be formal friendly neighbors. The waiver of Indo-US Nuclear Deal from the NSG group has created displeasure among the neighbors, who want to equate the situation.
China opposed India in Veinna directly as well as indirectly and when its intensions were exposed, it started giving clarification that it, in fact, supported the cause of India at Vienna while every one knows that China openly opposed the deal and instigated others to defeat their waiver. President Bush had to call Beijing at the last moment to request China not to obstruct the deal.
China is not at all happy over this victory by India. It wants to install Pakistan against India in this locale what come may, it feels if America can install India why can't China induct Pakistan at the same platform with the same rights and privileges.
China has been inciting Pakistan for a long time to go for the same privileges of waiver as India is trying and promised that it would support Pakistan to achieve its goal.
Pakistan did not obstruct India just because of two reasons, firstly that it had made promise to USA not to oppose it and secondly China had given a hint to Pakistan that if India gets a waiver from NSG by any reason, it would support Pakistan to have the same privileges immediately thereafter, or when the right occasion arises.
This was the reason that Pakistan did not oppose the Indo-US Nuclear Deal when it went through the IAEA phase. Pakistan had, however, hinted at the IAEA board meeting that it would be looking for a similar exception in future. Even otherwise, whatever India does, Pakistan would naturally follow, it is Pak's principle of functioning, it always does it at the behest of China.
Whether Pakistan makes such a claim or not is one thing but it shall surely do it whether it succeeds or not; it has otherwise, legitimate right to make this claim China has assured Pakistan.
It is no secret that China has had a strong hand in Pakistan's nuclear program, and that has been at least indirectly a factor in the proliferation from Pakistan to North Korea and other countries. There are some fears that the India deal could now goad still more than anticipated. International Institute for Strategic Studies, Mark Fitzpatrick has clearly indicated that it would only provide a further excuse to Iran not to accept additional constraints, for North Korea to be less willing to give up its nuclear weapons, and for Pakistan and Israel to seek a similar exception. “And in the case of Pakistan, having so recently allowed its own nuclear technology to be sold to at least three other states who are seeking nuclear weapons, then there will be the danger of a precedent," he added.
The situation is getting clearer that China, shall play its card through Pakistan against India and India needs extra guard to preserves its interests, India, in fact, is surrounded by secret enemies.
