April 28, 2008 - Tamil cinema’s family audiences’ favourite heroine Asin was in town for the audio launch of Dasavatharam.
The pretty actress was wearing a silver and green kali kurta which she had picked up from designer Manish Malhotra’s summer collections.
Looks like the Mumbai air has done her good, for, she looked slim and lovely. She said that she has taken up a flat in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala area, after signing up the Hindi remake of Ghajini with Aamir Khan.
Asin denied the rumours making the rounds that she has quit Tamil films and has moved over lock stock and barrel to Bollywood. “I’m very much a part of Kollywood, it’s what made me famous.
For the time being, I’m putting all my efforts into the Hindi Ghajini, which is really shaping out well. I will be definitely signing up a big Tamil film later in the year.” Way to go girl!
