New Delhi, India: March 13, 2008 –IR Summary - The efficient Goa police claims to have cracked British teenager Scarlett Keeling's murder case and the investigations reveal that the Shanuboy overdosed and raped her. But Scarlett's mother Fiona says the authorities are still covering some vital facts.

Goa police has reached the conclusion that Placido @ Shanuboy overdose and raped her.  He has, however, been arrested under the charge of rape and murder.

But according to Keeling's advocate, there are many big guys  involved in the case and said that Scarlett was made just a victim to give escape route to other big persons involved.

The government is, however, serious and have decided to take strict action against the culprits who ever they are.

When Scarlett's mother Fiona was contacted she said she wasn't contented. Fiona feels that  police and authorities are conniving each other and are hiding the real story.

Twenty people in Goa  who were interviewed said," They are not satisfied with the police finding, they also feel that the authorities are covering up smething which can led to the right target which they are trying to save."
