Pakistan’s wonderful inning, piled 358 for 6
MIL/Agencies, Dec 2, 2007. IR Summary

Kolkata, India: December 2, 2007 - Kumble might have thought to give an easy defeat to Pakistan by an inning but the Pak players have turned the table, they have amassed 358 for 6 with 4 wickets remaining. It is the game at the end of the 3rd day, the real display is still there.

If Pakistan continues with this spirit tomorrow, the match is likely to end with a draw. All hopes of Kumble would seem to be in a swinging in the air.

This match, this pitch and this atmosphere all combined together gave many Indian players to exhibit their talent, like W.Jaffer, who was ct. Kamran Akmal b Sohail Tanvir, 202. VV Lakshman got 112 not out.
Ganguly got 102 for the first time.
