Indo-US relations are strategic, shall improve further-Indian Envoy

Washington - The majority of countries including India in the world is happy over Bush’s victory for the second term as US President. Indian Ambassador to the United States Ronen Sen has expressed confidence that Indo-US strategic relations will strengthen further.
Mr Sen said, "With President Bush’s re-election, we can look forward with confidence to further strengthening of Indo-US relations. The relationship in fact has gained more importance because it enjoys in both countries bipartisan support reflected in the composition of the India Caucus in the House of Representatives – the largest for any country -- and also the first and only, Caucus on India in the Senate."
"The momentum of process, which has been set in motion earlier in developing the strategic relationship between the two countries, shall play an important role. India was anticipating Bush’s return and it shall undoubtedly improve our relations on different fronts.”
President Bush is also to visit India for which a great welcome awaits him.
