Trying hard to shove off the blues?

There comes a time in our life when nothing seems to go right way, when things vie with each other and the end of dark tunnel appears nowhere in sight. Things can be simple or complicated like not making at the interviews, jilted by spouse, losing a loved one or serious trouble with the child.
Everyone comes across a situation when the little precious joys of life seem to whoosh out of the window. Life hurts greatly but the curative medicines are within reach. But, do we actually bother to take help and gulp these curative medicines? Remedies-There are a few simple techniques that would wipe away the blues and will also show the silver linings.
1) Share the troubles to minimize it-Choose anybody from your family or in the office, but, unwind. Never mind if you think you are making a fool of yourself this will definitely help in getting rid of depression.
2) Work-Leave every thing aside and work hard. This will help get rid of the troubles and will also bring forth your inner strength that you never knew you had.
3) Surrender to ‘Him’-Your spiritual strength comes in handy in such situations. Stand up to ‘His’ trials coz’ sometimes faith in God is the key.
4) Give time- do not try too hard. If possible leave aside the issue for the time being. Remember things get better after a break.
Don’ts-1) Don’t battle with grief-trying too hard might make your burst
2) Don’t grumble-stop being a brooder, which will hamper your thinking ability. All the ‘ifs and buts’ will have no meaning.
3) Don’t rationalize-Stop thinking on the lines which begin with ‘May be it happened because….’
4) Don’t go in a self-pity trip Get on with it-1) Think happy 2) Indulge in enjoyable activities.3) Go for a scene change 4) Perform prayers. 5) Compare your problem with that of someone else.
