Anger of Congress Ministers over Modi? March 3, 2013, News n Analysis by Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, on the issue of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s speech given by him at the National Executive Conclave, why Congress Ministers criticize him one by one?
It is natural, BJP condemns the governance of UPA Govt. and as and when the Congress Ministers get a chance, they also criticize BJP.
Now when the issue of Mr. Modi’s speech is there, it looks most of the Congress Ministers feel offended and criticize Mr. Modi, wrong or right.
In India everyone has a freedom of speech, naturally the Congress Ministers take it their duty to criticize Mr. Modi mostly on his normal use of non standard, non refined and one side and irritating language.
After the speech given by Chief Minister Narendra Modi at the executive meet, Minister of State Parliament Affairs Rajiv Shukla criticized him that he told total lies in his speech about Mr. Pranab Mukherjee.
Then it was the privilege of Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari to slash Mr. Modi. He criticized him that the Atom Bomb was experimented by Mrs. Indira Gandhi while Mr. Modi gave the credit of the explosion to Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, while the fact remains that both of them had experimented successfully and both bombs were technically different.
Now it seems the turn of Minister of State in PMO V Narayanasamy who who alleged today that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi does not know politics.
He objected to the points of Modi for his attacks on Congress and the Prime Minister. In this regard, Minister of State in PMO V Narayanasamy knows better why he (Modi) does not know politics.
In my opinion, Mr. Modi uses non refined language and taunting language, which should be avoided by a leader of his status.
Mr. Narayanasamy said Mr. Modi is being projected by BJP since they don’t have any other candidate to venture.
Minister’s words to the effect:
“Modi does not know politics and is being projected by BJP only because it does not have other leaders. Modi cannot talk about who can become Prime Minister; he cannot talk about Congress. His statements are totally wrong and not based on facts,” he told reporters here.
While praising the Congress-led UPA government, he said their policy has always been transparent in their functioning while it was only BJP-ruled states like Gujarat which were corrupt.
To my mind, Mr. Narendra Modi should remember that his charging Congress with sacrificing the nation’s interest for the Gandhi family for which Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has been appointed a “night watchman”, is highly objectionable.
Substandard language used by Mr. Modi is not acceptable and moreover this unrefined language does not suit a leader of his caliber.
