Recently there is a buzz in B-town that PC is ready to do another woman-oriented movie. This time she will be portrait Olympic medal winner women Mary Kom in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film.

Mary Kom, is an Indian boxer and belongs from Manipur. She is a five-time World Boxing champion, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six world championships. She is qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the flyweight (51kg) category and winning the bronze medal. A source close to the film says, “Priyanka was in talks with the production house for quite a while now. We were trying to work out her dates and finally things are settled. She is on board to play lead. We intend to begin our workshop with Priyanka and Mary soon.” Priyanka will start prepping for her role in January and the project is expected to go on the floors early next year.
