New Delhi, November 12, 2010 –News n Analysis by Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist on the allegation leveled against Chief Minister Mr. Narendra Modi that he is the man behind anti- Gadkari campaign.
There is no doubt that Senior RSS leader MG Vaidya has alleged that the Narendra Modi is the person who is against BJP Chief Mr. Nitin Gadkari’s anti campgin; the allegation is neither confirmed by any evidence, nor there is any solid reason why Mr. Modi would do it?
Mr. Vaidya wrote in his blog on Sunday: “The roots of the campaign against Nitin Gadkari have to be in Gujarat because when Ram Jethmalanidemanded Gadkari’s resignation, he also demanded that Narendra Modi be made the prime ministerial candidate of the party.”
This is no reason for Mr. Modi should go against Mr. Gadkari. If Mr. Jethmalan has given his opinion that Mr. Modi should be declared as BJP’s candidate for the PM Post, which even Mr. Gadkari and Mr. LK Advani supported, where is the question of Mr. Modi to go against Mr. Gadkari, especially for an anti-campaign.
Over and above, so far media reports are concerned; Mr. Narendra Modi is sure that Mr. Gadkari has never opposed Mr. Modi’s being the BJP’s PM Candidate.
Moreover, as I know there is no reason for Mr. Modi to use Mr. Jethmalani against Mr. Gadkari, since he (Jethmalani) holds his independent views and to think of using a great personality like Mr. Jethmalani by anyone, carries little meaning and can’t be digested.
Mr. Jethmalani is a dynamic personality, he doesn’t know what fear is, whatever he feels he says it for the benefit of the party and not for his own interest, his two issues taken in one statement doesn’t mean Mr. Jethmalani is acting at the instance of Mr. Modi.
I think the views given by Mr. Vaidya to media seem to be his personal and not that of RSS.
