Eat more, maintain the balance and don't gain weight

What to eat and what not to, everybody is talking about his or her health and fitness, we find almost 8 in 10 people talk about their health in one conversation. Now the question is what to eat and what not to?
There are two views one is how much we should eat and how much weight we may gain, it all depends on the fat in the food, the presence of carbohydrates. The second view is that you can eat more - probably more food than you're now eating - and weigh less, if you choose more of the right kinds of foods. The second view is based on recent research, "Calories count, no matter what you read in the press. The laws of thermodynamics have not been reversed." according to Dr. Rolls report.
Dr. Barbara J. Rolls, indicated eating low-calorie, but filling foods like fruits and salads reduces the total amount of food people eat.
Dr. Rolls reported the findings in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, "People tend to eat a consistent weight of food,". When consuming a calorie-dense food high in fat, people are likely to eat more calories just to get in a satisfying amount of food.
In this case, eating more low-calorie food can actually amount to less weight and that is "the new food mantra".
