Aamir Khan, Bollywood star, enters politics, forms new party? MIL, Apr 17, 2006. Sasi Sukumaran Aamir Khan, one of the most popular Bollywood stars, has turned politician. He has opened the gate of his own party. He has been forced by the BJP MPs to come out and fight the national cause in his own way like an inevitable fighter. Not only MPs from BJP opposed Aamir Khan for his taking the cause of the dam but also political parties organized a candle demonstration in front of his residence with a view to demoralizing him. Various political parties have demonstrated in many other methods of opposing Aamir Khan to stand by the protestors. MIL and International Reporter condemn the action of the political parties. Aamir Khan formed an ultimate opinion that all those political parties, which always claim to serve the cause of the people, are trying to bully them and destroying the means of their survival. The ideology behind Aamir Khan's political party is the poor farmers who have been denied rehabilitation and he wants them to resettle with honor with land and money. Aamir said, "Even Supreme Court has agreed to this, why the political parties are so reverse to help the sufferers due to govt. planning? Several MPs from BJP have tried to malign Aamir Khan for supporting the protestors of the dam and falsely alleged for the sake of marketing his latest film "Rang de Basanti". Aamir clarified that it is more than 3 months that his film was released, and so the question of giving any publicity to this film has no relevance and it is correctly said. The team of Aamir's film only supported the cause behind the poor farmers who are affected and not the other part of the dam, whether it is built or not. Aamir Khan clarified "My cause is not related to the dam, for or against and the decisions of the govt. It is up to the govt. or Supreme Court to decide, he said "I have no concern with that part of the dam issue." He categorically cleared, " I am concerned with only those farmers and villagers, who have been affected by this dam, I simply want they should be rehabilitated. Farmers are the bread providers, they produce for us and we eat the food. They sow the seed, get the crop and feed the people and we reap the reward." We should have special regard for them and their sacred profession." Even Supreme Court has given a ruling that the construction of Sardar Sarovar Dam should go side by side with effective rehabilitation of the affected people." He further said, "That's what I want. I don't understand, why these political parties are against those poor farmers and helpless villagers? Are they against their rehabilitation and if not why are they making so much hue and cry against me? "My mission is not politics, it is national and for the poor farmers who are affected due to the construction of the dam, nothing else and nothing more." Media International Limited (MIL), National Integration Assembly (NIA) and International Reporter and all of their associates support the great and noble cause of Aamir Khan and appreciate the spirit with which he said, " I shall fight this cause upto the last, what come may." Dr. Raj Baldev, Chairman of the MIL feels that Aamir Khan shall soon emerge as a great leader, he shall have a special position in the country to represent the countrymen due to his rocking stand that he has taken for the cause of the people of various states, who are adversely affected by this dam. Aamir, in fact, has given a birth to a political ideology to support the poor farmers and that shall work practically in due course. Aamir's rebuttal is the most befitting for the political parties in India. The country should be proud of Aamir Khan and his national ideology and stand that he has taken for the poor farmers who are nationally ignored.
