Hollywood takes new steps against film piracy

London - Hollywood studios have determined to defeat the piracy efforts and are thus seeking new methods of the digital movie distribution.
As per press reports, Universal Pictures and Warner Brothers have offered new services on Internet movies downloads at the same time that major blockbusters enter retail stores in DVD form.
This shall be for the first time that studios will make "virtual" movies available so fast and speedily.
Universal Pictures International have comprehensive plans as disclosed on Thursday that service in Britain in partnership with LoveFilm, an online video rental company shall be available for a "download to own"
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, meanwhile, Warner Brothers plans a download service in partnership with a subsidiary of the German media company Bertelsmann, as per Herald Tribune.
