New Delhi - BJP President L K Advani submitted his resignation as party Chief to pacify the unprecedented uproar in the Sangh Parivar over his controversial remarks on Mohammed Ali Jinnah that he gave during his visit to Pakistan. He said, Jinnah was secular.

Panaji: Pratapsinh Rane was sworn in as the 16th Chief Minister of Goa by Governor S C Jamir on Tuesday. Rane was administered the oath at Raj Bhavan at a proper ceremony attended by Congress and opposition BJP leaders both.
