New Delhi - Manmohan Singh, Indian Prime Minister, expressed 'highappreciation' for Russia on Friday for having agreed to supply emergency uranium fuel to India for safeguarded reactors at Tarapur. The two countries have also decided to expand their partnership in civil nuclear energy and boost bilateral trade to $10 billion in five years.

The Election Commission had recommended to the President to take necessary action against Jaya Bachhan, who was holding an office of profit unconstitutionally.
